Overall, my experience was very good. SMS had excellent customer service. One week before my pickup, no carrier had yet chosen to pick up the car. By SMS's recommendation (because of the increasing gas costs), I increased my driver payment by $100 and it quickly found a driver. And by speaking directly with the driver, my car was picked up on the day requested. The car was delivered in good condition one day earlier than expected.
