Overall, I can't complaine anything significantly. Car is fine, I got it on time. Just hope I haven't needed to call them several times to make sure my car would be picked up on time.

It is understandable that the pickup date and delivery date are subject to delay due to unexpected events. So I would suggest planning transporting your vehicle as early as possible. Picking up next day is not guaranteed, technically. Also, earlier means cheaper.

The driver spoke English with Mexican accent, so that both the shiping company and me misunderstood him about his location.
