My husband and I originally had problems finding a reliable moving company for my car to be moved across the U.S. The move date was getting closer and closer and we still hadn't found a reliable company (we had had many problems with previous companies), I found SMS on a website and read their reviews on the Better Business Bureau and felt very comfortable with them! I called them about 4 days before the move, they immediately gave me a quote and booked the date that we wanted with no problems! On the actual move day they showed up took a detailed report of any previous damages on my car and took pictures for their records, we felt very comfortable with them! My car was loaded on the carrier and to our happy surprise was delivered 5 days later to our new home! My car was delivered with no damages and in perfect condition! We were overjoyed at how easy it was to have my car moved all that way and SMS was the company that made that possible! As far as the cost goes, it was pretty much in the middle of the many quotes we had recieved from other companies! We were very pleased with SMS as a whole, the customer service was excellent and very friendly and their timing is amazing! We would definately reccomend them to anyone and everyone!
