Needed a car transported from Northern California to Cincinnati, Ohio... I received several quotes and went with a lower quote boy was that a mistake! After 10 days my vehicle still had not been picked up but luckily SMS came to the rescue!!! After contacting SMS, 2 days later my vehicle was picked up and on its way, 9 days later my vehicle was sitting in my driveway!

I wish I would've gone with SMS from the get go... they may charge a little bit more but its well worth it, you can't put a price on peace of mind!
