I had never shipped a car. Denise at Specialty Mobile Systems (800) 789 5250 made this very worry free.

I would highly recommend using this carrier.

I changed the pickup schedule and the car was still delivered 2 days early (actually it was delivered in 1 day from Texas to Alabama).
