I was moving my family from California to Ohio. I spent a lot of time researching auto transports and found very scary things about the whole process on the internet. After a great deal of time, I came across this website and found the recommendations about SMS. Even though they turned out to be more expensive than some others, my belief was that you have to pay for quality and went with them. Most aspects of the transport went just fine. SMS utilized Admiral Merchants for my transport. Unfortunately, during transport one of the tie chains became loose and my rear bumper sustained a slight amount of paint damage. However, the transport driver was refreshingly honest, admitted the damage immediately and accepted all blame. I contacted SMS and they immediately agreed to act as a liason between myself and Admiral. I was even provided information about the company that eased my concern over this matter. I have since obtained repair estimates as requested by SMS and know that the situation is being resolved. Even with damage sustained, I coulded recommend SMS higher.
