The car was picked up about two days in advance of the initial date and that made me rent a car as I had errands to run before I moved to NJ. Even though I paid extra for "door-to-door" service, I had to go to a Wal-Mart parking area to drop the car but when it came to delivery, the driver drove the car to my place. Over all, a good service but I must admit my main point of contact after the car was picked up was not Specialty mobile but the actual company that made the move (specialty mobile works as an agent).
Overall a little pricy but my car came undamaged and on time.
