We paid them 1 month in advance to move our 2 cars. We paid them in full! They promissed the pick up will be within 10 days before our moving date. 2 days before we have to move they told us they can't do it. And WE called them first to check what is going on! No mercy, no help - they just told us that nothing could be done. No one follows up, no one calls to let us know what is happening. Unbelievable! I am in such shock, I do not know what to do and whom to call to complain...
DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!
