I've used Specialty Mobil for three car moves. Each time went as expected. No surprises.
Pickup for this transport was within the estimated window. I was called by Specialty in the morning to expect an evening pick up.
The transport company also called the same morning to give an estimated time. The driver called when he was two hours from my location to give a heads up on arrval time and he arrived on time. The driver was very professional and friendly. He gave the car a complete inspection to note any nicks or dings and reviewed delivery information (contact and phone number). He was also nice enough to drive me back to my house since my "friend" was last minute no show.
The transport took about five days for the 2200 mile treck to Pa. The car arrived in good condition. Again the driver provided good communication on arrival time and meeting location was convient.
Each time I used their services, there was no surprises with good communications which I feel is very important. For example on one move the transport was delayed becasue of a bad snow storm. The driver called and keep us informed on road conditions.
I highly recommend Specailty Mobile and will use them again.
