I had a short turn to get my vehicle picked up and delivered. Amy worked very hard to find a transporter that would deliver my car on Feb 12 before I had to commit. They found a transporter, Carib Pride, who promised to pick up at 5pm on Thursday. As soon as I booked, Dee called to give me all the information. Then the driver called right after I booked to confirm date and time. He called several times that day to give me a status and let me know he was running a few hours late. He was able to accommodate my work schedule so I didn't have to break from work, which was very helpful. And he arrived exatly the time he said he would.
Upon delivery, he called the day before to check in, called that morning to let me know when he would arrive. He then called two hours out and arrived exactly when he said he would.

Everyone, from Amy who found the transporter and booked the transaction, Dee, who gave me all the details and told me what to expect, and the driver, Michael from Carib Pride, were extremely curteous and professional.

It was a good experience and I was a nervous first timer. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and delivered as promised.
