Great communication with Specialty Mobile Systems. They were very accommodating, I asked them to delay charging my credit card for the deposit until my car inspection was complete, about one day. This allowed me to get the delivery in their queue as soon as possible. I was very nervous about shipping my 2006 Corvette. The truck driver was very honest, communicated very well, i.e., returned everyone of my calls and he kept me up-to-date as to when and where he was. He brought the car right to our front door. He went over the car with me while it was still on the truck. I am very picky about my cars, the only thing that could have been done better was preparing the loading and unloading of a low setting car like the Corvette. The nose on the underside did get scratched as a result of the typical angle of the truck ramps. When we off loaded the car we had to use a set of 2” x 12” boards to insure that the cars front end can't scrape again as it was off-loaded. So just make sure you are clear with the truck driver that you have a low sitting car and that they are prepared to handle this type of situation. Otherwise you shouldn't have any problems.
