Several issues that I would like to mention in this review. I shipped a bmw convertible, its important
for convertibles to be on top so that fluids dont leak on the cloth roof. Speciality told me it was
the best way to ship the car - top mount. The car arrived on the lower level, Speciality forgot to note
on the form to top mount the car. A HUGE OVERSIGHT. Also, if you are interested in having the location
of your vehicle tracked, I would reccomend using a carrier/broker who has GPS and that you can track
online, I spent a lot of time on the phone with customer service trying to find out where my car was.
Once they told me the car was in Texas. Texas is a BIG state ! Overall, I would not recommend this
company, if they cannot write down on a form to top mount an expensive bmw convertible, I would
not want to trust them again with my car. The car did arrive with no damage.
