Purchased a new car online from a dealer in Chicago area, hired Specialty Mobile to transport it to Connecticut. The car was loaded at the dealer on Tuesday and was delivered on Friday. It arrived in perfect condition, ahead of schedule, on transporter operated by two professionals (from New Hampshire) who regularly kept me informed of their progress and ETA via cell phone. I was new to the car transport process and more than a little concerned for my wife's new Volvo V70R but my worries were unfounded. High marks for communication, timeliness and professional, courteous service at a competitive rate.
