Great availability in terms of reaching staff. SMS committed to a pickup within a very short window of 3 days, and they made this committment with short notice. In the end, I had to deliver the vehicle to a holding point, which while inconvenient, was reasonable under the circumstances. Delivery went down without any problems. Overall, a very easy firm to work with.
