I contacted these guys because of their feedback on the internet. I'm so glad I did! They also enclosed my automobile for no extra charge. Natasha took my order she was so helpful and friendly. She explained everything to me in great detail. I thought I was going to have to wait for days for the pick up and drop off, like many other companies. Nope, Natasha told me there was a pick up the very next day and they would drop it off the next afternoon. This was GREAT, I didn't have to wait long. Then I spoke with Rachael and Dee for shipping and payment. When I spoke to these two women they were very nice and reassuring that I would have no problems. They would take very good care of my automobile. This is when they even put the owner on the phone Don; and he was also very nice and reassured me about my automobile. This was very comforting and reassuring. This was my first time shipping a car and I had read so many horror stories on the internet about this whole industry that I was very apprehensive. Everyone at SMS was professionaland I really felt they had my best interests at heart. They gave me multiple cell phone numbers to allow me to keep in touch with the driver Doug. Doug was very gentle with my automobile. He also spoke with me every time I called his cell phone. They picked up my car exactly when they said they would and dropped it off the next day exactly when they said they would. I could not have asked for better service.
