Their drivers don't call. I still haven't taken delivery. Promised the bike every day for the last 4 days. Driver passed WV and went to Pa and NY. Still don't have the bike. I was told of 5 different delivery times by the office when I called them. Still no bike. Zero credibility, and one of the most frustraiting experiences ever. A truckload of seargent Schultzes, they know nothing. Oh, I just called again, and was promised delivery tomorrow..................... can't wait. And this was the premium service..................
