I entered into a contract with this company on May 4, 2011 and was told to have the car ready for pickup on May 7th. I had to fly to Pittsburgh on May 9th, so I arranged for a friend to be the contact person. I waited until May 15th to ask why my car had not yet been picked up. (I had never had to wait much more than a week for pickup and deliver. ) I was told that they were working on it. I called every few days and always talked with a different person, and was again told that they were working on it! I insisted that I needed the car in Pittsburgh, not having another car to use. When, on my last call on May 24th, I was told that if I was so anxious to have the car that she (the agent) would find a truck that would pick it up, but that they would need more money than the contract. Needless to say, I was so upset that I insisted on talking with the owner. When he (Bob) finally got on the phone he "read me the riot act" for being rude to his daughter! He would not let me say a word, but went on to yell at me about how the gas prices were high and how that was affecting his business. He actually told me, quote: "You want me to go out of business just to suit yourself! Well, I don't need your business. I am cancelling your contract right now!" And he hung up. I had to make other arrangements to have my car transferred and, as a result of this guy's "bait and switch" tactics, I was without my car for almost four weeks. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
