I contacted Southern Belles on 7/30 out of pure frustration as I was having the worst experience with Easy Car Move who was already over 2 days late picking up my car, and had not returned my calls for 3 days (18 calls). It ended up as my lucky day as Stacey answered the phone with her great personality and got the ball rolling to help me with my situation. She initiated a search to get an update on my car and gave me feedback that the carrier Easy Car Move contacted apparently did not agree to pick up my car and they had not assigned my car to another carrier. She helped me find a carrier that will pick up my car and deliver in 2 days as I was going out of the country and no one would be here to receive it if it did not arrive by 8/1. Within an hour, she had accomplished the impossible and found a carrier. She contacted the dealership before I could get around to it, to inform them that only Royalton should pick up my car from them. Her follow through both by email and on the phone was off the ground. My car was picked up around 7:00 pm that evening and was delivered in 39 hours, less than 2 days. She was extremely professional, had great communication skills, a high level of integrity, excellent customer service and leadership skills, high energy and you could actually tell she loved and enjoyed what she was doing. For such an emergency request, I thought I would have to pay extra, but she charged only $550 which is less than what I was charged by EasyCar Move, who never made any effort to have my car pick up my car.
If you are looking for a shipper, you could not do no better than Souther Belles Auto Shipping They are really the BEST I have had the privilege of that experience. DO NOT USE EASY CAR MOVE. I JUST CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT TODAY TO FIND THEY BILLED ME $185 FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. I CALLED & SPOKE TO KIRBY AGAIN, AND HE TOLD ME THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. HE SAYS HE JUST ANSWERS THE PHONE FOR MINIMUM WAGE AND DOES NOT OWN THE COMPANY. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
