We ship cars to Canada. Our job is to help the shipper with moving his vehicle cross border. The shipper states a lengthy 180 days for delivery which is wrong and states car was going to North Dakota, which according to our paperwork he signed, it is going to Canada.
We brought the car through the border and delivered it to the destination address provided by the shipper in the beginning.
The buyer or shipper is responsible to have paperwork to cross the border as well as to register his vehicle in Canada. The car was delivered with the correct docs, but the shipper may have failed to get or may have misplaced documents that he needed to register this car. We have a lengthy file showing my claims girl tried to help and eventually did get this shipper the documents that he misplaced. this claim is false and sad, since we did go out of our way to help the shipper correct his own mistake. Our file indicates closed and corrected
