I booked to have my vehicle shipped and put a deposit on a credit card on April 28, 2010. They took the money but has never called me or return any of my multiple daily phone calls or responded to my e-mail. I called the Department of Transportation in Washington D.C. and they informed me that South Metro Transport loss their insurance and their license has been revoked since March 2010. So this company is nothing but a Fraud. Also the e-mail quote was for $360.00 then the only time ryan answered the phone it went up to $435.00.
