Ricky contacted me on a timely basis after I began to search for carriers that could transport my vehicle from California to Florida. Ricky's quote was not the lowest quote, but I developed confidence in Ricky through our interaction and the research that I did online on his company and other competitors. He did reduce his quote somewhat based on a competitive situation. He was a man of his word in that no deposit was required until the vehicle was picked up and there were no payments above and beyond the quoted price. The vehicle was picked up right away and delivered across the country on a very timely basis. The only negative item I can mention is that the driver didn't want to deliver the vehicle to the exact address of the destination. He wanted the vehicle to be picked up about 2.8 miles away just off a freeway. When we told the driver we wouldn't do that, he ultimately drove the vehicle to our house and we drove him back to his truck. Despite that small hiccup, I would recommend Ricky and South Beach Transport to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle.
