Nelson at South Beach Transport was a pleasure to work with. Having never shipped a vehicle before, he called me and provided all the information I needed at the beginning to understand how shipping a vehicle works and what his role would be through the process. Though we ended up going with a covered transport (our first choice was open), the added cost was well worth it - I had not taken into consideration the leaky hard top on our Tracker and with the amount of rain the carrier encountered, it would have been disastrous! The carrier was professional and handled our vehicle like it was his own, keeping me informed via text and phone messages. I would definitely recommend Nelson and South Beach Transport, and will use them again if I ever need to ship another vehicle. Thank you!
