I got the car with a flat tire and dead battery and that wasn’t the worse of it. There were numerous cosmetic damage inside the car as well as the rear trunk being open with the latch being damaged. Later on, it turned out the gearbox was broken. Upon inspection it was clear that someone deliberately opened up the trasaxle in an effort to damage the gearbox and it worked. I had to pay a bill in excess of 5000$ in repairs. After a long battle between Dealer/shipper/insurance companies all denying fault, it was clear to me that whoever shipped this car deliberately vandalized my car and they were good at it. Insurance companies will not fix vandalism that’s not physical damage to the body. They’ll also side with the shipping company on their claims against you.
