There was a hold up on picking up my vehicle because it was "out in the middle of nowhere" (Benson, MN) and although I was under the impression the service was door to door they had problems with getting it picked up so charged my another $100 to have someone go there. Actually Benson is not that rural I didn't think and we had the car at a convenient place to pick up for the large truck hauler We never received a copy of the damage on the car when picked up in MN and I questioned a scratch but because I signed the slip on delivery, nothing could be done.
