This was my second time shipping my car. The first time was a total mess so decided to choose a different company. After doing some research, I noticed that South Beach Transport is a reputable company with great ratings. Ricky was assigned to my order and he gave amazing service. He was honest with his quote and answered my questions precisely. Unlike the first company I dealt with, which baited me in with a low price just to get me to book with them then neglected me the rest of the way. Ricky was on top of his game. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process, and that means a lot when somebody you don't know has your car. That made me feel really comfortable. The carrier picked up my car on the exact day I needed it, which was critical because I had a flight the next day, and was delivered in the exact time frame that Ricky gave me (7 to 10 days). All in all, this was a great experience and I highly recommend this company if you want your vehicle shipped smoothly.
