This is the third transport company I've used in the past three years and South Beach Transport is the only one I would use again and recommend. Nelson Smith provided top notch customer service. He followed up with many phone calls and emails. The last two transport companies I used stiffed me for more money when the car was picked up and delivered even though the contract specified an exact dollar amount. Nelson kept his word and said I would not be asked for more money after the vehicle was picked up, and upon delivery, the price was exactly what the driver told me when he picked up my vehicle. I dreaded using another transport company after my last two experiences, but South Beach Transport made it easy with a smooth delivery.

I only have positive things to say about South Beach Transport and the carrier they used. They will be my first choice when I need to transport again. The driver was also early with delivery and that was an added bonus!
