My daughter received a muddy car. Muddy inside, on the driver seat mats and also the passenger side. The doors had oily hand marks on the inside. Obviously, the driver was not careful. Should have covered the mats with paper just like mechanics do. When that car left Florida it was spotless and had been shampooed. No one likes to receive a car in those conditions. As for Joe, I found him pleasant and willing to work with you.
it might get muddy. They need to be careful. No one enjoys receiving a muddy car.
