Nelson from Southbeach contacted after I submitted a request to transport a new car I purchase in Las vegas. I had a requirement that the car had to arrive in two days. Nelson was up front with me stating that it shouldn't be a problem but he cannot guarantee until he gets a confirmation from a carrier. One day went by and he called me stating that he have not found a carrier to confirm but is continue to search. That evening he called and confirmed that he found a carrier that can pick up my car the next morning and deliver it that evening, however there will be an additional fee for expedite shipping. This is the where I wish he was upfront in communicating that to me as I gave him my requirement. In the end the car arrive that evening and I was happy that there was no problem with delivery.
