After another carrier tried to hi-jack the bids by placing my Jeep on the board for a much higher price that I never agreed to, Erica was able to get them to remove it and get my Jeep shipped for the price she quoted. There was a little delay in getting it picked up mostly because the other carrier stated I was willing to pay a bunch more and drivers did not pick it up right away. But Erica stayed on top of this and found me a driver within a few days that was everything that she promised.
