From beginning to end, the experience was personalized to meet my needs. A couple of glitches arose, which Robert went out of his way to assist and ultimately resolve. The actual transporter/driver also was honest, open, and went above and beyond when a problem arose. The communication was excellent - was very nervous as I had never done this before, and had heard negative things about the industry. I would recommend South Beach Transport and my representative, Robert Martin to anyone needing to transport a vehicle.
