The service was very professional and responsive. I was in constant contact with Priscilla at customer service and she was always available and very patient and understanding. She continued to follow up with me throughout the entire process. The shipper Alex was also very helpful and even offered to drive me home since I had to meet him at a nearby parking lot because his truck could not be maneuvered on my small street. Everything was on schedule and the entire process was very smooth.
I was initially a little anxious about the process because I was transporting my son's vehicle and he was depending on me. Also I had read so many bad reviews about other companies and the "horror stories" about what could happen. Priscilla set my mind at ease and I would recommend this service to everyone. I initially thought the price was high but really was average after I did my research. Also I would rather pay more for good service! "You get what you pay for".
