We contacted South Beach Transport on a Thursday to transport our car from Miami Beach to Houston. Michael called us back on Friday and said he could have the car picked up on Monday. We said we might need more time to get ready and Michael suggested that the pickup could be Monday night. We got everything ready and were contacted by the driver (Jorge) on Monday and the car was picked up Monday night, as promised. The car arrived in Houston on Friday. (Thursday was July 4). Jorge called several times to confirm the delivery time. We paid when we received the car in Houston, no payment was required upfront. We had no problems whatsoever. Service was excellent and efficient. Michael answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
