I'm a car collector and this was the first time I used this company. Therefore, I'm very aware of the industry's reputation relative to unfulfilled promises and guarded myself against them, starting with the Brokerage fee not being paid until Pick up, for one of the many. Joe Ortega provided all the assurances from pickup to delivery which I'm happy to say he met! Last week I again utilized Joe for a car being sent to my daughter ( 2013 Mini) and she said it " looks like it just came out of the show room" which it did a 2 weeks before I sent it to her..... A Job well done by her Dad and Joe! I will use him for the 3rd. time for a car I have coming here this month...I'll keep you informed.
