This is my second time transporting a vehicle from one state to the other. I used a different carrier the first time so I had prior experience to compare it to. This transporter used effective communication. I was told the transporter would pick up my vehicle on Friday and then he called me to give me a window. He meet those epectations. I was told that my vehicle would arrive in about 14 days. The only reason that it took 3 extra days was because the vehicle has to be loaded onto a smaller truck to be delivered. My destination city had specific regulations that would not allow a tractor onto the street. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use these guys again.
