All dealings with Thomas Lamb were satisfactory. He returned every phone call and was
courteous and informative each time. When we were advised that the delivery was not made on the specified date, I call Thomas and he said he would check into it immediately, which he did.
He advised the reason for the delay and reported the new promised date which was met.

Thomas showed concern and genuine interest, which was greatly appreciated by me.
