Dear Customer, we deeply apologize that this had happened with your order. We worked with this company before and there were no issues. We assume the company hired driver who was not trustworthy at all. We already filled out all reports about this company to FMCSA and DOT to cancel their license. It is unacceptable. We, as a Sonic Auto Transportation, will never work with them again, they are blacklisted. We also fined our agent. We trying to provide the best communication for customers, this is our priority. In case someone fails to do that - we will take all necessary actions.
