The transportation agent, Ariana Moretti, offered excellent communications both text and email. She was prompt and always answered all my questions. I'm not sure what "company policies" agents in this business are working under, but I feel a quote should start with a driver's ability to deliver for an amount quoted, before a quote is offered.
