Katherine Roberts worked hard to get me the most affordable pricing for the shipment if my car from IL to MD. The first driver didn’t honor the lowest priced contract and we had to look for another driver.. Katherine communicated with me via text and kept me updated on quotes.,I do have to do my own research to peg my ask on a price I can pay and that Katherine was able to offer. Always reject any offer that is out if range unless there is a specific deadline. Katherine was able to get the second driver within the range I would accept although it was more than the first contract. However I wanted the car to be shipped (timing factor) and agreed. Still, I believe it’s the lowest compared to others. The pick up was on time as promised and the delivery was on time as indicated by the driver. I appreciate Katherine’s help in this transporation..
