Dear Customer, we are extremely sorry to hear about your experience using our service. Unfortunately, we are only the middleman between you and the driver and have no power to determine the final cost, only to make an impact on the driver in order to make the price as reasonable as possible. We always explain to our customers that the initial quote is the estimated price. We’ve reviewed your order, no one was forcing you to accept $600 rate, we came with an offer. As for not replying your texts or calls, we work Monday- Friday, that’s the only reason why you haven’t heard back from us. We hope for your understanding!
