Paul with sonic auto is wonderful. I learned a lot about how transport brokers work with the actual carriers. Brokers will provide a quote based on historic data. there are many shady brokers that will make low ball offers just to engage; only to be disappointed by the actual price. Sonic provided a solid quote. Even though the actual price was a little higher given the time of year, It was still much lower than others and that is because Sonic was able to secure multi vehicle discount.
As for communication, Paul was able to follow up with me before the pick up of the vehicle, after the pick up of car and finally after the delivery. He kept me informed for the payment process, the time of pickup , the expected delivery dates and finally inquired about the overall experience after the delivery.
I am greatly appreciative of all the steps taken to put my mind at ease.
I will definitely use them again for future needs.
