Needed a car shipped to us that we purchased from out of state. Selected Sonic as broker because no money or deposit taken until a carrier is secured. Final price was $250 more than estimated though. Chloe Miller was rep. Only took a star away because communication was not as proactive from Sonic on day of scheduled pickup. Was told driver would do pick-up on Monday but he didn’t. No call from anyone to reschedule so felt stood-up and was an inconvenience to the friend who left work to meet him for pick-up. On Tuesday the driver was on time. Yet he tried to only give 30-min notice. Had to negotiate later pickup. Car did arrive the very next day and in good condition. Driver gave 3-hr ETA for delivery and he showed up in 3-hr’s on the dot. Would recommend Sonic as the job got done. Yet room for improvement in communications.
