I contacted, scheduled and had vehicle delivered in 1 week. I was kept updated about the pick-up which was an open area at a shopping center. The driver was exceptional. He was courteous, reassuring and timely. The best comment I received was from my daughter. She said that it was late evening when the vehicle arrived and that the driver drove the vehicle to her front door so she would not need to meet him in a large parking area. I wasn't sure what to expect and was very pleased! Thank you! Excellent Driver! Cross country from Arizona to Rhode Island.
