Good communication and friendliness. I hope everyone at Sonic is as friendly as Jake. I say this because I had called one time & another person answered & they seemed frustrated with me within just some seconds of the call & me trying to explain the situation to them. But never felt that way with Jake as he was patient & understood this was my first time dealing with transporting my car & I don’t know everything. He explained things well & made sure I understood. Hope the rest of the staff follows his example.
