Erik Lange was so professional and courteous. Without my asking, he kept me up to date throughout the entire process. He stood by the quote given and worked diligently in making sure a driver was assigned to me in the timeframe expected. My car was picked up and delivered as scheduled. Erik's sincerity was outstanding along with his customer service. In my opinion, he went above, and beyond. More customer service personnel should be like him. Last but not least, he listened. It's hard to get someone who has polite and attentive service these days. Kudos! to Erik.
