John called the day before pickup to notify me the original truck would no longer be able to pick my car up. He had a back up company willing to transport my vehicle for an increased price. I thought I might possibly be getting scammed but John kept in close contact with me & negotiated with the transport company on an agreed amount. Though the price did increase a bit with the new company, I was happy my car was at least going to get where I needed it to be. John followed up days later to make sure I received my vehicle. All in all.. John made it happen. And my car showed up earlier than expected.
