Dear Carlos, thank you for addressing this issue to us. We apologize for ruining your schedule, we always try to stick to the pick up and delivery dates requested by our customers but we can't guarantee them. We had to search for a different option and locate a new carrier but the quotes given were really high due to the last-minute booking. That's totally not your fault and we apologize for the inconvenience.
