I had a very good experience when I transported my vehicle from Jacksonville, NC to Las Vegas, NV. I had a very good communication with Petra Griffin! She made this whole auto transport experience a very good one. I needed my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander transported from Jacksonville, NC to Las Vegas, NV and I didn't want to have any delays or issues. I can honestly say that from the beginning Petra always kept me updated with this process and with the drivers information. Also, once I agreed on a quote price, she explained the process and it was exactly as she stated from the first contact, no additional fees or "last minute" charges where added, what I agreed to was the total $1,550 and that's what we paid. Alex, the driver was professional and Petra also provided his contact information which made the experience more satisfying for me! Thank you for your great work, in the future I would transport another vehicle with Sonic and would request for Petra to help me again! Mayra.
