Spoke with Joe Garden at Sonic after waiting around for a month on other Tranport brokers to find a driver available to pickup my dead cargo van in VG to deliv. to FL.
No one followed through with their 48 hr promises. John was the last person for me to Call but the first to have a driver for me. A tow trailer just for my vehicle had to be sent. John checked regularly until delivery was complete and to make sure driver was professional. Everything was great. I did have to pay a little more than initially estimated to have delivery happen seeing as no other brokers followed through timely I took on the price difference. (I still have a cheaper guy contacting me 50days later saying he's still working on my Order.)
