We are a broker company and provide estimated quotes before posting a vehicle to a National Load Board because it requires a signed contract between the broker company and a customer. But in your case, we did have an option to transport your vehicle without posting it to the load board, but as you were already informed, the deal fell through so your shipping agent had to search for a new carrier.
