Great experience overall! Sonic was a good broker to go with, very good communication made sure everything was taken care of. They were not pushy at all like other brokers. They gave me daily updates after I signed the agreement and let me know what carriers were available. They even worked with me when I received a higher offer from a carrier than original quote and lowered their fee to get more in my budget. They even checked on me a few days later to make sure the delivery went good. Make sure you understand that these are brokers posting your vehicle on the national board for carriers to bid on. If you understand that then your experience will be smooth ! Even the carrier/driver was very nice and professional.
